Delivery may come via:

  • Dispatch riders (for nearby deliveries)

  • Freight/logistics companies for bulk paints

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and order size.

  • Free delivery may apply for promotional offers or bulk purchases (where stated).

Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, damaged, or arrives incomplete:

  • Contact Paintville Customer Support within 24–48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.


2. Refund & Return Policy

Eligibility for Refunds or Exchanges

Due to the nature of paint products, refunds or exchanges are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Damaged product upon arrival

  • Defective packaging or leakage

  • Incorrect colour from what was ordered (not due to screen display variations)

Note: Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed are not eligible for return unless the issue is due to a manufacturing defect.

Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Email or contact Paintville Customer Support within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number, photos/videos of the issue, and a brief explanation.

  3. Once approved, the product must be returned in its original packaging.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued via:

  • Bank transfer

Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom-mixed colours

  • Opened or partially used products

  • Clearance or promotional items

  • Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery


3. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed.

  • Once processing or shipping has started, cancellation is no longer possible.
